This event is a nonprofit educational program operated by Sangsang. It is designed to provide meaningful competition experiences and expand STEAM education opportunities for more students.
To ensure smooth event operations and maintain high educational quality, a portion of the operational costs is covered by team registration fees. This allows us to deliver a safer and more well-organized festival experience for all participants.
[Important Notice]
1. Eligibility
Only teams officially certified by their affiliated PDP for the 2025–2026 season are eligible to apply.
Team names cannot be changed.
Please ensure that all participants meet the age requirements for the 2025–2026 FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge division.
2. Coach Requirement
Coaches are responsible for supervising and accompanying minor student participants and act as their legal guardians during the event. Therefore, all coaches must be adults.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth event operations and advance preparations (such as souvenir production and event materials), the following refund policy applies.
This policy complies with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards issued by the Fair Trade Commission of Korea.
Until 10 days before the event: 100% refund
Until 7 days before the event (8–9 days prior): 90% refund (10% deduction)
Until 3 days before the event (4–6 days prior): 80% refund (20% deduction)
Until 1 day before the event (2–3 days prior): 70% refund (30% deduction)
On the event day: No refund
Refund Request Method
Please submit refund requests through one of the following methods:
Cancel your purchase via “My Page,” or
Send an email to fll.korea@imagine.or.kr including:
Team name
Coach (representative) name
Copy of bank account details for refund
(Account holder name should match the applicant)
Refund and cancellation eligibility will be determined based on the date and time the email request is received.
If the event is canceled due to organizer circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or organizer liability), registration fees will be fully refunded.

5. Application Information Edits
You may edit your submitted information until the application deadline.
After the deadline, no modifications will be permitted.
Please ensure that all student names and dates of birth are entered accurately and that Challenge division age requirements are met.
After registration closes, detailed schedules and additional event information will be sent directly to coaches via email.
